Photobiomodulation is a relatively young field. We must now be the promoters of this new applied science which was the prerogative of laboratory researchers (mainly in vitro). Dermatology is well placed to be at the forefront of clinical photobiomodulation. The skin is the largest organ of the body and the most accessible. LED sources now make it possible to treat large areas quickly [1]. We thus no longer have any biological or technological excuses to explain our lack in leadership...
