Photobiomodulation et Gynécologie

La douleur et la cicatrisation des effets secondaires des traitements anti-cancéreux de la sphère orl et bien d’autres sont une préoccupation majeure de la qualité de vie des patients.

Le développement de soins de support en Pbm (sur 30 ans) a contribué à changer la donne.

Il était logique de s’intéresser à la muqueuse génitale, très voisine mais avec une écologie de fonction différente.

 
Les travaux princeps de Gaston Ciais et Rene Jean Bensadoun dans la sphère ORL ont incontestablement ouvert cette nouvelle voie.

Ici les Guide lines d’utilisation en sont bien établis

L’essor des techniques de réjuvénation vaginale
La meilleure connaissance de l’effet de certaines longueurs d’onde en basse énergie et de leur paramétrage ont engagé des « poignées » de photons dans un compagnonnage utile et singulier.

 
Utile par son effet cicatrisant rapide et « bio inflammatoire » en régulant les résultats.

 
Singulier par son apport aux traitements combines (Effet cosmétique, hydratation, égalisation de la pigmentation, réduction de l’inconfort de certaines pathologies).

Singulier aussi par la récupération in fine d’un socle sain sous-jacent a la lésion traitée (Effet retard, effet locorégional)
Il existe comme dans toute partie du corps un rapport entre l’atteinte organique et le mental.
Il peut être somatisation.
Il prend ici le nom de « couple » dans son rapport à l’autre.

 
Les incidences psychologiques peuvent aussi bénéficier de protocoles adaptés.

 
Comme dans toute marche de notre histoire, les idées se rejoignent à un instant T pour donner une vision nouvelle, contemporaine.

La Photobiomodulation est partie intégrante de ce nouveau regard.

En gynécologie elle intègre peu à peu tous les domaines medico -esthétique … à des degrés variables et « dédiés »
